​​​​​Ideas are like birds flying in the sky, everyone around us sees them, but there are those who are ready to catch them, and there are those who are passing through the worries and challenges of their lives, and do not pay attention to them. Those who stand and contemplate their ideas are creative.. and this is how some creative people are, an idea comes to their imagination, they develop it and fly with it towards the sky of success.

To save you time, I will tell you about my method of developing my ideas, which is the essence of 20 years of my life in the world of innovation, during which I registered - praise be to God - four American patents, and four publications, and to this day I still get my strength from them, continuing to develop other ideas. Now, in order to develop your idea, you must start from where others ended, but... who are the others?

“Others” are those around you in the same specialty and in the same field. When you find a problem and develop a solution for it, all you have to do is see where the world has reached in this field and in the same specialty to solve this problem. If we say, for example, that you invented a new device to lock doors in a different way, you must first count all the types of door locking methods in the world.

After that, you should identify the top 10 most popular locks, and compare the new lock you invented with the current locks. You will definitely find advantages in other locks that you do not have. Then, you will develop other ideas and ways to add them to your original idea. I have done this method many times, and I assure you that it is the best way to develop ideas. In addition, I was adding other specializations such as electronics and arts to develop my idea. Therefore, you should consult people in other specializations to add and develop your idea in a different way.

Another important point is related to applying inventions in the Saudi market, which is very easy, and the obstacle is not the capital or the people who destroy you as 99.99% of people claim, but the main obstacle to the success of the idea is you alone, your will to succeed.. "Do you want to succeed or not?" If the answer is "yes", the next question comes: "Do you consider your idea a real invention?"; meaning: Is it really a useful invention or just a patented invention? We say: The real invention or innovation is the one that finds a solution to a current problem, in a more effective way, and at a lower price than what is available in the current market.

If your door lock innovation is too complicated for a person to use, or too expensive, and there are better and cheaper versions of your product on the market, then it is not an invention, even if it is unique.

The Saudi market is an easy market, even if it is difficult in its external appearance, the real invention imposes itself, and this is an example of the validity of my saying:

The taxi in Saudi Arabia, let's say it's an invention (actually it's a service, but let's say it's an invention), was present throughout the Kingdom, but new software applications appeared (Uber-Careem-Toyo-Mrsool- and the like), which led to the erasure of this service and its complete collapse in the taxi market, not in the Kingdom but in the world.

A true invention imposes itself anywhere and anytime; that is to say: when a true service is provided in something, if its benefit is of higher value than what is available in the market and less expensive, it will inevitably dominate.
